Stags, the South West’s biggest independent estate agency, has signed a three-year partnership with Zoopla – the UK’s number one platform for home valuations.

The agency will also benefit from Zoopla’s rapidly-growing homeowner audience. This now stands at more than 6 million subscribers, guaranteeing a healthy pipeline of serious sellers.

The South West is a valuable market and Zoopla has delivered £47 million worth of converted instructions in the region over the past 12 months. Our visibility and reach will ensure Stags wins a greater share of this business.

Of particular interest to Stags was our active group of buyers looking to relocate to Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset, with 17% of our applicants looking to buy in the South West from outside the region.
